Catalyst for waste oil refinery
The catalyst for waste oil is mainly used for the catalytic cracking of waste oil, which includes waste engine oil catalyst, waste plastic oil, tire pyrolysis oil. The catalyst can further catalyze the oil which cannot be processed after the waste oil is gradually distilled, to extract more and better diesel oil and gasoline oil with good quality from the waste oil.
Waste Tire Pyrolysis Oil Catalyst is used in a non-hydrogen state under atmospheric pressure.
With special materials as the matrix, the catalyst has reasonable pore distribution, suitable surface area and structural stability under hydrothermal conditions.
Good Performance
The catalyst has targeted cracking treatment for the characteristics
of large fraction of tire oil, greatly improving the oil taste and good stripping performance and regeneration coking performance. Meanwhile, the deposition of coke precursor in the molecular sieve channel is limited, thus prolonging the reaction cycle, which can be used in refineries without hydrogen source.
